  Oxidised starch (E1404) 
as thickening agent, Oxidized starches are widely used in coating applications for their adhesion ability. 

  • Food Industry: uses in mayonnaise, ice cream, sticky candy, salad dressing, soft pastries and reasoner, tomato sauce, strawberry sauce, chili sauce and bread
  • Fine chemical industry: uses in dry and liquid cleanser, creamy forming, ingredient of bath foam, body lotion, toner, lipstick, eyeshadow, facial mask, foundation make-up, shave cream, baby talcum powder

  Distarch phosphate or Cross-linking Starch (E1412)  
and its effect on viscositybehavior, reduces granule rupture, loss of viscosity and the formation of a stringy paste during cooking, providing a starch suitable for canned foods and products.

  Acetylated Distarch phosphate starch (E1414, Acetylate Cross Linking Starch) 
as it helps emulsify the fat and prevent it from separating. Mostly use as fruit, gravy and sauce filler.

  Acetylated Starch (E1420)
uses as thickening agent, starch itself stable in high temperature and low pH, made it suitable for finish product that requires to produce under those circumstances.
